Cheriss began in the hardest chapter of my life.

In 2014, I was diagnosed with Systemic Scleroderma — a rare, serious autoimmune condition. Almost overnight, the body I'd always relied on became something I no longer recognised. The pain was relentless, the fatigue swallowed whole days, and on my hardest mornings I couldn't walk. I was frightened. But underneath the fear, a stubborn voice kept whispering: this cannot be MY story.

So I began to learn. I researched everything I could about how the body restores and renews itself, and slowly built a holistic approach around it — removing chemicals and toxins, calming stress, supporting the gut, and nourishing my body with real, recognisable ingredients. When I couldn't find products clean and kind enough to trust, I started making my own at my kitchen bench.

And slowly, I began to come back to myself.

That search became Cheriss. What started as skincare grew into a synergistic holistic range — probiotic skincare for skin so healthy it glows, magnesium oils and balms, therapeutic soaks, award-winning kombucha, herbal tisanes and medicinal mushroom blends — everything handcrafted in small batches, forever cruelty free and vegan, made with the same care I first poured into healing myself.

*Amanda is an absolute powerhouse of both calm and uplifting energy. You can basically feel the love she puts into her products. I use the magnesium spray nightly and combine it with the balm when I feel like I need a restorative sleep.  The clay cleanser combined with any liquid (but I use Amanda’s probiotic spray) is divine! It took a little while for my skin to adjust to using something so natural and powerful – after ruining my skin’s barrier with strong actives and so many chemicals - but I reap the results daily now. I just started the serum so the results are yet to be seen but the texture and scent are amazing and immediately my skin feels softened and refreshed. Can’t wait to see how it improves my skin!My husband, who never uses any skincare, had some rashes on his hands and elbows and after one use of Amanda’s oil, they reduced significantly. I need to remind him to use the oil daily but he loves the scent and has remarked on how much better his troubled areas look and feel. One thing that I love is the scents are not overpowering and of course are all natural.
